Today Darla and I went to Lake Oswego and walked around, exploring the town. Lake Oswego is a little town next to...you guessed it, a lake. It's very upscale and I've heard more than one person refer to the people there as snooty. I can see that being true, but it is also an adorable place. Darla and I visited a cute little British tea room and shop, ate doughnuts from Safeway, visited antique shops and boutiques, and marveled at the beauty of Oregon in fall. We ended up at Starbucks, where Darla worked on her homework while I wrote this blog post and marveled at the conversation of the ladies sitting next to me. Before going back the apartment we ran to Taco Bell, which we took home and consumed while watching New Girl. Ah, the glamor. Here are some pictures from our day:

| There are pieces of art all over the place in Lake Oswego. This was one of my favorites. |
